Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (USPS/UPS).
Melanin Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we can help you file a claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at Support@shopmelaninessence.com
Include your order number and photos.
