All products from Melanin Essence are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of skincare items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Soap

• Body butters

• Scrubs

• Skincare items

• Any opened or used products

• Items marked as final sale

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopmelaninessence.com.
We will gladly replace or correct the issue.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
